In my experience, the journey with Mr GHEE is surprising. Digestive sensations are diverse and varied.
It's as if everything crystallised in the organs, tissues and cells is detached. An immense liberation of what no longer serves me takes place. To make way for something new, for honesty with myself. With a huge smile in my heart, I danced and celebrated this journey! Infinite thanks to the whole team and to Jai for their support in this healing space.

Journey to the heart of the Self. A week with Ghee.

The week of Ghee was for me a plunge into the depths of myself.

Entering the space between the cells. Meeting, honouring and discovering who I really am. Listening to the messages, receiving the gifts, the teachings, learning. Taking the time to accept emotions, to go through them, to digest. Giving power back to the physical body that Knows. Learn patience and accept that there is nothing to be done. Perceive that things we thought were fixed are moving. Encounter limiting beliefs, make them conscious, choose to let them go.

Enjoying your own company. Learning not to separate. Learning that everything is One, that we are in constant relationship. Even with the dead. Learning the subtle vibration of being in contact with what we can't see, can't explain and yet is very much there.

Experiencing that everything you're looking for is there and has always been there.

I've always heard Ghee referred to as the most Sattvic food in the eyes of Ayurvedic medicine and after experiencing my first Panchakarma I know why this is so: Ghee has profoundly regenerated my Being, my Essence. For me, receiving the Ghee was an invitation to welcome my Presence; an opportunity to observe, to feel, to slow down; and in the end, an unexpected gift, that of Oneness with the Whole.

As in this therapy called Kutipravesika, which offers six months in a small house, in solitude, in the middle of nature, I spent seven days with the Ghee as if in a cocoon - a womb you might say. When I came out of it, my vision and sensations were those of a new-born baby: a door had opened, a profound renewal had been initiated that I agreed to integrate little by little into my daily life.

Almost two years after that first experience with Ghee, I feel that it has become imprinted on me - body and soul have a memory of it - and the prospect of welcoming it back is a great joy.
